So, Day 1: favorite song...
Honestly, this changes almost daily.  I'm currently really into the Hairspray soundtrack.
I know I'm a couple of years behind on this, but whatever...I like it.  Especially this one.

I'm a big fan of anything Fleetwood Mac, too.  Especially the Rumours album.

Love Love Love this whole album.  It's pretty much my cure-the-funky-mood music.

I cannot listen to "For Good" from the Wicked soundtrack without getting a little teary-eyed.  The lyrics powerfully describe how I feel about some of my friendships.

But there's one song that will get me every single time.  Before our wedding, David asked if I minded if he chose the song we would dance to at the reception.  (of course I didn't mind, one less thing to worry about!)  But he wanted to keep it a secret until the reception.

However, either he's not very good at keeping secrets or I'm just that good at getting them out of him, but about two weeks before the wedding, he could no longer hold it in.

He had chosen "God Only Knows", by the Beach Boys.

So while I have many other favorites, this one is by far my most favorite.
